Because of resveratrol, some studies indicated that red wine do increase the formation of good cholesterol and decrease bad ones. Thus, drinking red wine can help us for caring our hearts, especially those with heart diseases.

Red wine is good for the heart, but alcohol is bad for you. We therefore have to strike a balance and drink in moderation.
I however prefer white wine to red and have to be reminding myself of the health benefits in order to enjoy red wine.

I prefer drinking red wine than beer! Beer contains to much alcohol which is bad for our health.

I love a great glass of Merlot often. This was on the news not long ago. Thanks for reminding me it is OK to have my glass once a week.
Referring to you blog below on following the bible for health. there is a good book called the "7 Pillars of Health" which backs that up. Very good read. I love Ezekiel bread. And now am using Ezekiel tortillas. They are made with sprouts not with wheat flour (for anyone that didn't know).
